Ice Cream Van

The Ice Cream Van (plural ‘Ice Cream Vans’), are elderly vans in Payback 2 game, with a very low maximum speed and horrid acceleration rates.

However, it only has medium hit-points making it worse than the Bus and Truck combined.

It does however have a ‘Special power’, being able to play a short jingle.

It is the second worse in terms of max speed, only in front of the Tank. It resembles the Chevrolet G30 and, pre-graphics update, a Division.

It is the second slowest vehicle in the game, beating only the Tank.
Despite the Pickup Truck being a lot older and rusty, it is still faster than the Ice Cream Van.
It is the only food truck in Payback 2, and as well as being the only vehicle that has the ability to play music.
On the mission Neapolitan from Thief Campaign, it is the Sprint Race which players and AI are forced to use Ice Cream Van.
Sometimes, when Ice Cream Vans get stuck in traffic jams or there is something obstructing the road, they will use the music as their horn, but only a small part of the music will be played, as they will immediately turn off the music after turning it on.
Oddly enough, No one is ever seen coming to Ice Cream Vans to buy ice cream and pedestrians are seen to be holding a ice cream cone or a popsicle in their hands.
It seems to be a vintage 90s Chevrolet G-Series Ice Cream Van, which could explain why it is very slow in terms of top speed and acceleration.
Some Rampage missions often requires the player to steal a Ice Cream Van loaded with explosives and deliver it to the target destination before the bomb detonates.
